Established in 1904, Ratier moved to Figeac in 1918.<\/p>

A century later, it has become the leading employer in the Lot department of France, employing nearly 1,400 personnel at its site.<\/p>

A world leader in the design and manufacture of aircraft propellers, the company equips the Airbus A400M Atlas of European forces, the Atlantic 2, the C130H Hercules of American and international forces, the Airbus C295 and the ATR worldwide. Ratier-Figeac is also a leading supplier of cockpit equipment.<\/p>

Our technical and industrial know-how is known and recognized internationally, since we now export 60% of our production, especially for the world\u2019s largest players (Airbus, ATR, Bombardier, Boeing, Comac, Dassault, Northrop Grumman, US DoD, etc.).<\/p>

Our innovation and investment policy for our products and our production resources is on a par with our ambitions. Our dynamic social policy has been created to enhance employee satisfaction and to attract future employees. We are actively involved in the training of young people through our apprenticeship scheme and partnerships with specialist organizations including the Department of Education, to adapt training to our future needs (Careers and Qualifications Campus - Industry of the Future).<\/p>
